Management
Collectively the Connection Catalyst team possess decades of experience in product, business and commercial development, relationship management, senior retail management  and management consultancy.  These skills and years of experience are highly leveraged to ensure that our Clients achieve success through our service.

CEO - Daniel Citron
With a background as a management consultant, initimately working with major private and public sector organisations such as Ford, Royal Dutch Shell, National Savings and The DTI, Daniel took on a full time industry role at IDT Europe an NYSE listed global telecoms business. 

Over a 6 year period, taking the helm of the development team, Daniel guided IDT Europe into financial services and was instrumental in the setting up of a European licensed bank, IDTFS, which distributed its novel payment cards through 16,000 convenience retail outlets across the UK.  Having discovered a passion for creating and implementing new income streams Daniel went on to set up Connection Catalyst Ltd, a multi faceted sales brokerage which reaches out to manufacturers and distributors across the globe. 

In addition to new channel development, Daniel has a passion for driving innovative and ground breaking business ideas from concept to launch and offers a complete suite of consultancy services to start-ups in any industry.

Formerly David was Corporate Director at Argos plc (130 million customers per year) and responsible for 9 of the 22 income streams during his 6 years of tenure there. David was renowned for driving the elevation business to business trade to £300 million per annum and for achieving the highest level sales for new revenue streams on a global basis.

Previously David was Sales Director at de Brus Marketing and responsible for all new business delivery for this incentive agency.

David is a published author, has an entry in Who's Who and also is an Associate of Thare Machi (StarFish), a global charity where he holds fundraising responsibilities.
