Sales strategy enhancement
We work hand in hand with our Clients to refine their global sales strategy, customising the sales pitch to the selected UK target market. Through exploring client objectives, providing local market knowledge and our experience of what works for the chosen audience, we work with our client to construct the most effective proposition statement. A parallel work stream identifies the most receptive retailers and the correct decision makers within these organisations. These interdependent work streams accelerate the sales cycle and maximise the level of success. Our Client chooses whether their product should be pitched alone, at dedicated retailer meetings (the premium package) or presented as part of a custom portfolio, tailored to a particular retailer (the standard package).
Sales force surrogate
Building a sales infrastructure robust enough to sufficiently penetrate into the UK market is a costly, resource intensive process encompassing a high degree of risk. We work as your senior level sales force leveraging the combined value we bring to retailers, our vast network of contacts and our local market knowledge, enabling efficient and effective access to key decision makers and drastically reducing cost and associated risk. We use director level sales professionals and on our clients’ behalf we generate and qualify all leads before setting up time hungry cross border meetings. Combined with our strategic partners we have circa 2,200 known board contacts, over 500 of which are personal, we can provide access to top level contacts for new business deals across over 50 B2B channels.
Progress tracking and reporting
We track everything we do for our clients, employing a variety of quantitative and qualitative data capture methods. Our Client tell us how often, how much and what format they want the data in and we’ll customize our reporting platform accordingly, ensuring regular tangible feedback on progress in the sales pipeline. We work with our Clients to dynamically change the sales strategy, tactics and sales proposition based on reported results. We deliver the chosen suite of reports until the point is reached where the retailer relationship is successfully handed over to our Client.
